Sleep Workshop - February 22,
11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Rest & Restore is a gentle reset of your sleep, nervous system, and circadian rhythm. During the 90-minute workshop:
- we’ll focus on cultivating a relationship with your body that allows for rest
- you’ll learn easy-to-follow morning and nighttime routines
- we’ll establish a daily tea ritual with Ninny’s Sleep Tea.
Your body remembers how to rest — we’re just clearing what gets in the way.
You will receive:
- One box of Ninny’s Sleep Tea (15 tea bags)
Once you register, you will receive a calendar invite via email. You will receive your tea at the workshop.

What You Will Learn
